The breakfast selection was diverse and enjoyable.

During my stay, I faced several issues. the room description did not accurately match my expectations, as the two twin beds turned out to be just single beds, which was uncomfortable for my family.

hidden fridge

poor location

the fridge was a disaster, totally missed the power button and my dairy went bad, thanks guys. also, the location was apparently 250m to the station, but if you have big luggage, good luck climbing all those stairs. i expected top-tier treatment, but all i got was this mediocre experience. almost left a good review, but alas, here we are.

The on-site amenities were fantastic, especially the well-maintained onsen that provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city.

Unfortunately, I faced a bit of inconvenience due to the refrigerator's hidden power button, causing some dairy items to spoil since I didn't realize it was off until my departure.

I had a delightful stay at Via Inn Abeno Tennoji. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, and I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh taste and quality.

The security at the hotel was impressive since you need to use your key card to access the floors, making it feel very safe. I also loved the laundry facilities, perfect for a family trip, and the on-site onsen was just the cherry on top for unwinding after a busy day. One minor hiccup was that the dryer took longer than expected, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊
